I’ve had this concept in my head for awhile, but just now got around to it with more and more Flock privacy invasion stories coming to light and “Project Panama” rearing it’s nasty head again and every awful article about people losing homes to “eminent domain”. Nothing good is coming from this technology. The tech bros keep yelling “inevitable” and “get on board or get left behind”…but that all feels like the screams of people who are about to be indigent. Honestly, I am to the point that if that if “poor” is ALL they end up as…they should consider themselves lucky. (Mulch seems more likely. And satisfying.) The theft of air quality, noise peace, and all of our water is pushing society towards a violence these weaselly monsters cannot possibly understand or contain.
Anyways, one of the best shows on television was Justified, created by Elmore Leonard and starring Timothy Olyphant. A modern day western featuring some of the best writing around. It also featured one of the best outlaws ever…Boyd Crowder. Portrayed by the amazing Walton Goggins, his character was supposed to die in the pilot but was kept because of his amazing charisma and he became one of the key drivers of the show. Been thinking about Mr. Crowder lately. No reason, really.

I know I harp on this a lot, but I feel it’s one of the biggest issues facing us right now. They keep forcing it on the world, have no idea what it will or even can lead to, and are having people who oppose it labelled as “violent environmental terrorists”. And arrested for speaking up. If they keep pushing society to the point of having nothing left to lose? The labelling will come true.
Hope you’re in the midst of a good week. Keep safe and keep your eyes open.
