Update: everything is good! They got all of the basal cell carcinoma in the first pass and then stitched me up and I was good to go. AND I now have a doctor’s note to not do NUTHIN’ for a week! Woohoo!
On to the sketches…I did a couple and I did some more USPS sticker doodles!
Don’t know why but I got the urge to Bigfoot up a sticker.
Next an actual sketch. I love the Mars Attacks series. The movie was fun enough but I’m talking about the Topps collectible card series that began the whole thing. I REALLY want to do a series like that, but I need the right idea. It’s one of the reasons I draw weird things. Like Bigfoots. Hmmm…?
I truly cannot help myself when it comes to drawing animals I love. I started this Southern Ground Hornbill with no provocation. I DID have to look them up to get the little balloon things around his eye correct. (You can see where I kind of altered it beneath his eye.)
And finally, another monster sticker. If you live in Georgia, do NOT vote for Rick Jackson! My good lord, the man looks like he’s gonna steal the coins from a kid’s piggy bank. He snarls even when he’s “smiling”. All of his stories are either lies or conveniently leave out details of him not being inconvenienced financially AT ALL for his “philanthropy”. He’s a billionaire who made his bank on the back of our jacked up health care system and by extension…YOU. All of that is disqualifying. Mindless money zombie.

Go make sure you’re registered to vote against Rick Jackson or whatever other local blood sucking pestilence you have running in your jurisdiction. Election Day is a hair over a month away! Early vote if you need to. Don’t trust the mail this time! They are trying to cheat their way back into power. Voting is the easiest manner to keep them in check. The other ways are WAY harder and less…pleasant.
