It’s time again for my award winning (in my head) series…Sketch Sunday! Wherein I show you the nonsense that has been ricocheting around my skull and I dribble it out in ink form in sketchbooks!
First up…Oh look! They changed the rules for Wall Street nonsense just for a weirdly shaped, drug abusing, racist grifter. Coolcoolcool! And he’s now a trillionaire? Excellent! I hope he understands he has put a target firmly on that unfortunately shaped cybertruck he calls a body from everyone. From other scumbag billionaires to the entire world’s working poor…he is MARKED. Gonna be fun to watch this play out!

Next up is a slice of my daily routine! I try to walk every morning during the week (and give my legs a little time off on weekends). I have a little group I walk with and we usually see the same people most days doing the same. Getting a little air and exercise, enjoying the day before it gets too unmercifully hot. One of those is a gentleman who…I’m not sure if he’s from here. Most days I think he’s wearing pajama pants which, hey…big fan. Thursday and Friday though…he was wearing a shirt that I do not know if he understands what it says. So I had to scribble him down when I got home.

This was a fun one. An art friend who was in the cult we both joined during the pandemic (long fun story. I may tell it here some day. It wasn’t a REAL cult. Calm down.) sent me a message asking if I wanted to participate in an art card swap. I had some art cards that I got free with purchase of other supplies so I said of course! She had set a theme of Greek mythology so I spent WAY too long trying to decide what to do. Finally, I came across an entire section of mythology just about giant feral pigs in ancient Greek society! Apparently they were as much a problem then AS NOW. So I chose the Erymanthian Boar! It was one the Seven Labors of Hercules and I got to draw a piggy! My only issue is I am used to drawing a little larger and these are literally the size of baseball trading cards. Here’s the best of the planning sketches. The others are absolute visual gibberish. I will share the final card sometime soon!

Finally, we started out with a warning for the oligarchy. Let’s end with one, too. I started gathering all the notes and scribbles I’ve done coming up with the sequel to my book The Ghastly Crook Richies (Available HERE) and started fleshing them out a little more! I have a bunch so I won’t use them all but they are fun. Here is famous TV Canadian and Utah land rapist, Kevin O’Leary being devoured alive by fire ants! FUN!

I hope you’ve had a nice and safe weekend. I hope we get to see an amazing light show in DC tonight. (See former post HERE for context.) Have a good week everyone!
